We're open in order to keep your Vauxhall performing at it's best and to take the stress out of running a vehicle. We have put into place protective measures to keep you safe. Further to our statement of 27th March, we continue to monitor guidance from the Government. Our primary focus has been, and will remain, the safety and wellbeing of our staff, their families, our customers and partners in the communities we serve. Garage businesses continue to operate under an exemption from the UK lock down and as personal protective equipment and guidance has evolved, so too has our ability to operate safely. As such we are able to resume essential services for all customers as follows:
Aftersales customers – Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5pm (Operating at 50% capacity)
To ensure we provide a safe environment for our staff and customers and to operate within the Government guidelines on social distancing we are, until further notice, operating with reduced capacity.
We are trying to accommodate customers who have service / bodywork bookings. As you can imagine, we are prioritising frontline NHS and emergency services staff. The parts department is now receiving twice daily deliveries for Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Eurorepar – our all makes parts brand. Further to our statement of 24th March and in light of the continuing escalation of this pandemic, it is with great sadness we have been forced to make the decision to temporarily close our business.
We are committed to ensuring we protect the welfare and health of our employees and their families and, of course, our customers.Safety is paramount.

The situation changes moment by moment but, at the forefront of our minds, is the knowledge we have enormous responsibility for our team members and our customers to ensure we minimise any risk to their health.
Accordingly, it is with great sadness we advise that – with immediate effect – we are temporarily closing our Sales operations to anything other than digital and telephone enquiries.
We will operate a limited Aftersales service, from 8.00am to 4.00pm, for MOTs to ensure legal compliance and for essential repair work, both mechanical and accident repair. Our priority will of course be key workers and maintaining their mobility.
Any scheduled regular service work will be postponed until the crisis is over.We will contact everyone that might have missed a service to rebook as soon as there is more clarity about the situation and will, of course, look forward to welcoming you back to the business.
Where essential visits to our premises are required, we will observe all guidance in relation to social distancing and cleanliness.

Please be assured that, as a group of companies, we are monitoring the situation closely, taking advice from the Government and other agencies and working to ensure we all remain as safe as possible in these unprecedented and uncertain times.
The situation is changing daily and we will continue to heed the advice from the Government, Public Health England and other agencies.
For your Safety:
When visiting us, be assured that cleaning has been intensified. We are regularly disinfecting surfaces, door handles, the coffee machines and anything you may come into contact with during your visit.
Where we can get them, we are supplying antibacterial products but these are in short supply around the country.We currently have hand sanitisers on our reception counters so that customers are able to sanitise their hands on entering and upon leaving the dealership.
For the foreseeable future we will not shake hands with our customers and will keep distance between ourselves and others.
What remains apparent is that the single most effective thing we can all do is to wash our hands thoroughly and regularly.May we ask you to do the same?
If you leave your vehicle with us for a service, for warranty work or for body repairs, your car will be cleaned before it is returned and if our drivers are returning your vehicle, they will have worn gloves and will wipe the steering wheel, gear knob and door handles with Flash wipes.
Business as Usual
We remain open for servicing, warranty, MOT, repairs and sales for anyone who requires our assistance.We offer a collection and delivery service so you can continue to use us if you are staying at home.We will prioritise those most vulnerable and, where they have been asked to isolate, or have chosen to self-isolate, we will do our best to collect and deliver vehicles where possible.If you have an emergency, call us and we will endeavour to get you back on the road as quickly as we can.
We can offer virtual vehicle tours, test drives from home and a delivery service for customers purchasing a vehicle from us.
We take your safety seriously and will do everything we can to protect you, our customers, and members of our staff.
