We are celebrating here at York Ward & Rowlatt, as we have been awarded the prestigious Customer Excellence Award, and named amongst the top 43 Vauxhall Retailers in the UK.

York Ward & Rowlatt has been recognised as one of the country’s top performing retailers, and awarded for our exemplary levels of customer service following the results of the annual Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction Survey. The team here have worked tirelessly to deliver an exceptional level of service to each individual customer to rank in the top 43 retailers in the UK for customer satisfaction.

By fostering a culture where customer satisfaction is the number one priority, we ensure each individual customer visit is one of enjoyment. The team, incredibly customer-focused and commercially talented, offer their expertise and sound advice to ensure customers leave feeling informed, valued and happy.

To celebrate the special accolade, Vauxhall Customer Experience Director, Peter Hope, presented Nick Hughes and the team with the Customer Excellence Award in our showroom.

York Ward & Rowlatt was one of 43 Retailers in the UK to receive the highest and most impressive combined ranks in Vauxhall’s Customer Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction Surveys, calculated at the end of 2018. Customers are invited to take part in the Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction programme following the purchase of a new vehicle or the servicing of a vehicle.
