Vehicle Technician – Up to £46,000 OTE + £4,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Are you a talented Vehicle Technician looking for a workplace that genuinely invests in you, your skills and your future?

We’re expanding our team and are looking for a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and first‑time fixes. An MOT licence is preferred, but if you don’t yet have one, we’ll fully train you within your first 6 months.

We’ve invested heavily in a dedicated EV workshop.

Technicians joining us now will have the rare opportunity to work on complete Stellantis EV battery systems — stripping, repairing, testing, fault‑finding and replacing modules at a component level.

EV is the future, and you will be at the forefront.

Your Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

  • Service, maintain and repair customer vehicles to the highest standards
  • Deliver accurate diagnostics and high‑quality repairs
  • Work with efficiency and pride, ensuring first‑time fixes
  • Support our aftersales team and provide outstanding customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Previous experience as a vehicle technician
  • A good tool set
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A positive attitude and pride in workmanship
